We were about to start the business. We ordered four pcs of 50cm and four pcs of 70cm Black openend invisible zipper sample for testing. The seller sent out product that is completely something else. It is the combination of wrong color, length and type of zipper. It is far from the requirement.
When I found out the staff said we did have the product on hand so we sent what we had. The answer was really ridiculous. They did not even tell us the truth before hand. We had to wait and wasting time with the junk in the box. It is completely unprofessional. Wasting customer time. Very very unprofessional.
We asked for refund. They kept refusing and seems to feel not responsible with the situation. I decided to cancel the refund and gave the truthful feedback to show the truth about this company.
It seems to be a good thing that this situation happened before we go too far with the big order. Our business will be hurtful more from this kind of unprofessional and irresponsible company.
